I am Dr. Natalie Stephan, board-certified family medicine physician, with a small concierge private practice here in Los Gatos, CA. My unique practice gives you better healthcare with comprehensive visits (30-60 minutes appointments), direct access to me, and appointments available on short notice within 3 days. In the past decade, I have cared for patients of all ages in many fields including clinic, urgent care, hospital, and nursing home.
Your healthcare experience does not have to feel impersonal or rushed. I built my practice grounded in compassion, transparency, and collaboration. Dr Stephan is excellent and has a way of making you feeling comfortable and is extremely thorough with her medical analysis. She takes the time to explain everything and does not make you feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend her.

I am so glad I found Dr. Stephan! I was able to schedule an appointment right away, and was able to get the treatment I needed. I never once felt rushed, which I have experienced before with ther doctors. I highly recommend Dr. Stephan!

Dr. Stephan is wonderful! She took her time with me, listened well, made me feel comfortable and came up with a plan that I felt comfortable with. To top it all off she followed up with me regularly and made sure everything got taken care of. She’s one of a kind! So glad to have a doctor who really cares
