I had a very pleasant experience all around. I was seen right away, they expected me and were prepared for my exam. The Doc was thorough, kind, informative and happy to explain anything I asked him. I’m waiting for my new prescription to be ready, so I can’t yet comment on my glasses yet…I am however optimistic that I will be quite pleased. I recommend this office and Dr Sunny Bhathela, especially if you prefer a smaller, family style feel in your office experience.

i arrived half an hour late because i wrote my appointment time down wrong and was in a state of distress due to a family emergency and the receptionist was incredibly kind and patient, and the doctor was gracious and patient enough to see me anyway. the exam was thorough and though i only booked a contact lens exam, he evaluated other aspects of my vision as well and alerted me to some conditions i had not previously known to look out for. extremely kind, extremely accommodating. will return.

I have a Keratoconus condition. No one was able to fit me with right specialty contact lenses. Dr. Sunny was able to fit me with these contacts. For the first time, i am able to see 20/20.
