Dr. Rand Lee is a board certified optometrist who practices full-scope optometry in New York, NY.
He graduated with his Doctorate of Optometry from SUNY College of Optometry. He completed internships at Gouverneur Health in Lower Manhattan as well as the specialty contact lens clinic at the University Eye Center. Prior to optometric training, Dr. Lee graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Georgia.

Was running slightly late to my 11:00 appointment - did all my pre appointment forms. They called me at 11:06 saying patients usually have a grace period of 10-15 minutes. I walked in at 11:11 and they cancelled my appointment while I was in the store. I understand not wanting to back up the schedule, but I would assume the grace period still applied 5 mins later, knowing I was so close by. Instead of working it out, they just went back and forth with me at the front desk, about operations and size of the practice, and the doctor never walked out of the room.
