I did not like the way she acted like she wasn't really interested in what I had to say. Felt like she was more of a get to a patient and get out of there asap type of doctor. She left the door wide open while she was in the room with me which was not professional at all, took her awhile to close it. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone honestly.

She was texting during my consultation. After I told her I would be in between Insurances she practically ignored me from that point on!
When I do get my hysto ut will be by another Dr.

The front desk wasn't pleasant and didn't care to greet me but only insist that I fill out the forms and sit down. I waited for about 45 minutes before I was seen. They moved me from one room to the other and forgot about me. I went to the restroom and they left me in the hallway not knowing where to go. When the doctor came in and was about to begin my well woman exam, her phone rang. She answered and had about a 3 minute conversation. Once she hung up she proceeded but I immediately asked her to wash her hands, change gloves and equipment since she had just reached in her dirty pocket to answer her dirty phone. Oh, and I'm pretty sure she coughed in my vaginal area. I honestly am in search of another doctor to do everything all over again.

The receptionist called me 30 mins prior to my first appointment, asking me if I could be early. I am assuming that is because I was the last apt of the day, which I had requested so this is a safe assumption. I arrive 10 minutes later, and the Dr. had left to go deliver a baby, which is 100% understandable! But the receptionist DID NOT CALL ME to tell me this, allowing me to drive up there for no reason. She then gives me attitude when I explain that this is my only weekday off and no, I can not come back later in the week. Thankfully, the Dr. returned about an hour later and I was finally seen.
I set up another appointment the following week for an ultrasound. I spoke with the receptionist the evening before, confirming my 8 am appointment. I arrived at 7:45 am, the receptionist arrived at 8:03 am. She walked right past me, unlocked the door and started turning things on. NOT ONCE did she say "Good Morning" or "I am sorry" for being late!!! She was rude and has absolutely no customer service skills besides returning your phone call.
Now as for the Dr. She did not believe that I was still having morning sickness in my second trimester, which I also had during my first pregnancy as well. I had to call the Clinic back 3 times the day after my initial appointment to get her to send the prescription to my pharmacy. I WILL NEVER return to this establishment and I suggest you never visit it in the first place! This was the most dissapointing experience, don't put yourself through that crap!

Dr. Machupali seemed really detached from her patients. She always seemed tired and over worked. After sitting for an hour sometimes an hour and a half i would only see her for 5 minutes. When i would bring up a concern it was always down played. Her front desk staff is very unprofessional and disorganized. They have no customer service skill. When i was finally able to find a doctor to change to the front desk tried to stall me long enough to where i wouldn't be able to transfer. they kept claiming they didn't get the fax to send over my medical record, then when i said i wasn't leaving until i made sure they got it and sent it they tried to tell me that i had to go to the other office first. They kept giving me the run around.

They did their due diligence to make sure my insurance wouldn't make me pay out of pocket and then being my first visit we had a thorough conversation on family history and then talked about reasons for being there. It's hard to find an OB that doesn't try to push their own feelings on patients and I definitely loved feeling no judgement and welcomed the open conversation of what my concerns and requests were. Loved it and would strongly recommend. I would also happily eat froyo after my doctor's visit next door.

My first visit consisted of an ultrasound, blood work and some background about myself as well as the doctors. she was a little late because of a delivery she had in her Dallas practice. which was understandable.After that time though, I always arrive to my appointments 15 mins early and I'm always taken back early as well. I was very nervous during this pregnancy as I've had miscarriages in the past. she saw me every 4 weeks when she saw how nervous I was during this pregnancy she asked if I would like to be seen every two weeks just to check on the baby and get some reassurance that everything is well. I loved that she cared and was willing to help me feel better. I have not had any complications or issues and the doctor Machupalli spends a lot of time with me during my appointments. I ask A LOT of questions and she answers them all for me. If you need medications refilled she will do it during your appointment time and send the prescriptions in right away. I've had doctors forget my prescriptions before so having her doing that during our appointment is really nice. I will say that she can not read your mind, so if you unsure about something SPEAK UP, if you have questions SPEAK UP, and if you just want her to spend more time with you and give you more details about how your doing or how your test results were, SPEAK UP. The front staff is a little hard to understand but they are all very sweet. I haven't had any issues with them. One time I called because I was having a lot of pain they were able to get me in right away. I would highly recommend her and I trust and am comfortable with Dr. Machupalli.

I was so nervous to go to a new OB/GYN appointment. The doctor is kind beyond words. She took time to get to know me and asked me more questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and proficient in her job. I am happy I found her to take care of my annual exams. Thank you! The front desk was very helpful in finding me an appointment. The assistant who took me back to the room was very kind and also was able to do bloodwork efficiently and with high expertise level.

My visits with Dr. Machupalli are always positive. She is a great doctor. She gives a lot of attention to her patients. So far I have been going for a visit every 2 weeks and I'm only 19 weeks pregnant.

The office is very hot. The bathrooms are disgusting and rarely have any paper. Be sure to have your whole day open to sit in there in wait. You will get a very brief answer for any questions you ask. People don't know how to communicate there, very unorganized and for the services you will pay a ridiculous amount of money. Pick another doctor .. Very much worth it.

Got to the office 10 minutes early my appointment was at 2. Waiting 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check me in. I was the only person in the waiting room. I waited an hour before i was taken back to the room. One in the room i waited another 30 minutes to be seen. After telling thw doctor i was there to have my implanon removed i waited another 20 min before she was actually back to remove it. She did not wash her hands before putting gloves on. Did not use an alcohol swab before administering the anesthetic or removal process. Once the implanon was removed she dis not put it in a biohazzard container there wasnt even one in the room. She placed it in the regular trash that was in the room. Did not provide any care instructions. She scheduled me an appointmet to go back however i cancelled. This place is sad for an obgyn office i felt dirty leaving and worried about infection, luckily I have not gotten one. Avoid this place.

The worst experience ever!!! I'd rather ho through Medicaid. I was kept waiting for hours. After completing my medical history on zocdoc the day before, the Dr. Spent the majority of the time (5min) asking me if I smoked, did drugs, or drank alcohol. I was concerned about thus being a high risk pregnancy, but she was more concerned about going back to get office to enter my info. Into a computer that actually worked. The two in the room with me did not work. This was a 2.5 hour visit. There was no ultrasound done. Nothing. The worse ob-gyn imaginable. Does not care about the welfare of the baby just keeping you there as long as possible to warrant billing insurance exorbitantly. Oh, and if there is someone of a particular race who arrives 30 minutes after you , she will be seen before you. Will never go back there. I'd rather not have the baby than entrust care to this person.
