About Dr. Seema Modi
Dr. Seema Modi is board certified in Family Medicine, Palliative Care, and Geriatrics. She completed undergraduate studies at SMU in Dallas, medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston in 1996, family medicine residency at UC Davis Sacramento in 1999, and geriatrics fellowship at ECU in North Carolina in 2000. She was in academic medicine for several years before moving back to her hometown of Dallas in 2008 to be closer to extended family.
Dr. Modi has provided compassionate comprehensive primary care for over 20 years. She enjoys ongoing learning to stay current in the medical field, and she enjoys teaching patients about their medical issues and medications in easily accessible language. She works hard to help patients avoid ER visits.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, reading, being outside, and walking her dog Annie.

Was the most impersonal and humiliating visit. Had my appt in my car in the parking lot. Could not even check my ears or listen to my lungs. Awful The doc tried her best but had policies she had to follow. This is not health care! It’s a money grab. Will not be back. When I said that office lady said you to deactivate account? Absolutely. Awful !!!
