“The doctor's office was nice and clean with ample seating arrangements for people who were visiting for their appointments.
Staff was friendly but they also knew how to respect someone's privacy. I was briefed prior to all procedures that were going to be carried put for me after the detailed consultation with Dr Pala.
Dr heard me out patiently and asked all questions that were leading to deeper analysis of my health. She also took all my previous health history along with my family's history and advised future care that I can take it by myself. She also updated me if something might not be covered in my insurance so whether I should go forward with the tests.
I will be returning definitely as a patient again.”
