Fantastic doc! A good listener and had some one taking notes which is good since it helps in better keeping track of patient’s discussion and refer to conversation logs at a later time.
The good thing was due to his sheer experience, he did not right away order for tests rather provided reasonable medication verify his diagnosis.

The receptionist was friendly at first. The office is small and comfortable. The wait time was reasonable. Dr. Gupta was not warm at all (to me). He picked at all my perceived flaws, of which had nothing to do with the reason I was there. I needed a pregnancy confirmation test. He told me that I looked like I had suffered a nose fracture at some point in my life, because it was "misshapen." On my way out of the office, the receptionist pulled me aside and asked me if I plan to keep the baby if the test is positive. Really?! Never going back. Do not recommend.

I was 10 minutes before my appointment and I have to wait about 35 minutes extra to been seems. They tall that the doctor was at the hospital taking care some patients. He took my blood sample and two week after I have a ugly mark which by the way look like someone hit me with a bat. Also, Im still waiting on my blood work result which he say that he will call me when is done. Still waiting!!!

2 young people (med students?), unintroduced, walked into the room with him. Stood silently the whole time, staring at me as I explained my condition.
Dr. Gupta was generally not able to help me with my issues—I came in with questions about acne medication and leg problems. He seemed to dismiss my question about the medication and it took me some prodding to get him to agree to do some research on this question (he didn't offer this initially). he referred me to another doctor about my leg problem. I also asked a question about inability to fall asleep and he didn't ask that many followup questions to get to know the issue more.

I was a new patient and as soon as I finished my paperwork I was called to the back. Dr. Suresh Gupta was so friendly and sweet! I was in and out in under an hour.

Was not impressed by my visit. While the medical building is a bit old, the examination room did not seem particularly clean, and the ceiling tiles are moldy/stained. One of the receptionists, a man, was dressed inappropriately for a medical practice, although the lady (who I presume is Dr. Gupta's wife) was kind and friendly.
Dr. Gupta brought in some young man with a laptop to apparently jot down notes, which I did not appreciate as I prefer confidentiality between myself and my doctor only, not some random kid who tags along. The examination room didn't have a door so much as a thin foldable barrier, and there is no way that every other patient in the waiting room wouldn't be able to hear what is being said. Again, privacy should not be an issue with your doctor.
Dr. Gupta himself showed up late, by about 20 minutes, which itself wasn't too much of a bother. He seemed competent and concerned about my health, but his bedside manner is awkward and just a bit too casual.
The combination of these issues did not leave me feeling comfortable and relaxed, and I do not plan on seeing this doctor again.

The woman who greeted me in the reception and took my vitals helped me make sure my insurance information was right so it would be sure to be covered. The office is small in size. When I saw Dr. Gupta he had medical students in the room learning from him. He was thorough and listened to me.

I would not recommend this office because they made a mistake on my billing and refuse to fix it. Even after my insurance called them, they still refuse to understand they are wrong. Go somewhere else. It is not worth the trouble of billing.

Absolutely great! I moved here for college and had not been able to find a good doctor that I feel I can stay with. Dr. Gupta and his staff were amazing!!! From the greeting to the fare well they were truly sweet and genuine people. Dr. Gupta took time to explain my condition to me thoroughly and gave advice of how to better manage my symptoms. I could go on but that would be too much.
