I loved her! She was extremely professional, very empathetic, thorough and knowledgable. I love how she was so informative. I walked out feeling like I had such a greater understanding of my illness and the prevenative measures I could take in order to avoid respiratory issues. I will absolutely see her again - hopefully not any time soon though :)

I had to wait longer then usual but that was ok because Dr Moreno takes her time and listens to what I have to say. She did an excellent follow up and even brought up issues from my medical file that I had forgotten to ask about.

the doctor is lovely; however, i am not sick often. what i do have is a monthly script that i must get re-filled by a doctor every 30 days: so i dont interact with the doctor as much as with her staff. so i am reviewing her team:
ugh! the ladies in the recption are rude and consitently flippant: offering no solutions or sympathy when they wrong you. Most annoying, they have told me they have "no record" of my perscription requests several times when i have come in tot he office to pick it up. Also annoying, The office did not call to let me know i needed to make an appointment before my next refill so when i called for my refill (something i would be out of in just 3 days) i was told i had to drop everything + find time to come in first. not ok. not ok with me + not ok with my work schedule. All this, plus, they also take on avg 4-5 days to get you your perscriptions after you call to request them. thumbs down. i kept giving them the benefit of the doubt (knowing no one is perfect + assuming at least a couple of the mishaps could have been my fault). im done. they are rude. and exhausting. i am leaving and never looking back.

Dr. Moreno saw me right away and had a great bedside manner! I really appreciate the time she spent with me. I didn't feel rushed, and she was very thorough in her exam and questions. I can be a bit of a know it all. I was also able to get X-rays right away with immediate results. I'm hoping the treatment plan provides me some relief.

I felt comfortable and trust Dr. Moreno. My problem lies with her office staff. I feel that every time I call the office I usually get an unfriendly/annoyed "greeting". I am also not happy with the fact that the office does not call the patient for abnormal lab results. I also needed my medical records faxed over to my insurance and it was not done in a timely manner despite me giving the information and request form in person. After calling them multiple times for follow up and getting only the voicemail, after 3 weeks since handing over the request form, I was told they did not have it. This is a problem since my insurance company may not insure me if this is not done.

Dr. Moreno has such a nurturing hand. She is very warm and inviting, possibly the 1st doctor I've been comfortable enough to really talk to about my issues. She is extremely patient, you will never leave being unsure about your health and she always go the extra mile. I'm glad I have her as my PCP and the staff is awesome too. I would recommend her to others!

She was great! Highly recommend her, the nurses were very nice but there system seemed to be a bit outdated and they ended up asking me multiple times for the same info. (Not their fault though.) When Dr.Moreno came in she was very pleasant, answered all of my questions without judgement and gave me her honest opinion. I'm very food cautious and would prefer to heal my body through changes in my diet rather than medication when possible. She understood and respected that when most doctors look at me like I'm nuts and just want to write a prescription and get me out of there. She's awesome! I finally found a primary care physician I can stick with!

This visit honestly blew me away. My partner and I couldn't stop raving about her after we left her office(we saw her on the same day). We both were sick with allergy-related situations and Dr. Moreno absolutely addressed not only our primary concerns, but addressed many other concerns as well. I've been without decent health insurance coverage for around three months, so being able to refill things like my birth control and other medications that weren't related to my visit was absolutely AMAZING! She is incredibly thorough, with an amazing bedside manner and a warm and genuine air about her. I will most certainly be back to see her again!

Wait was about 15 minutes. Once I was brought back the nursing staff was super efficient and friendly. Didn't have to wait long at all for Dr. Moreno, she was very kind and listened intently to my symptoms. She explained everything to me in layman's terms and made me feel like she really cared!

I went to Dr. Moreno for birth control. Simple right? Because I'm over 30, I wasn't required to have an exam. Great. Unfortunately, I've had a negative experience so far. The appointment lasted almost 2 hours. I was very frustrated at how long everything took, despite the fact that there was no exam or anything of that nature. I was, however, required to take a pregnancy test. Easy. It was then that she informed me that I had a UTI (ok, no big deal) and that there was indication that I may have liver damage. I was alarmed by this news. She explained that I could not have the contraceptive until she sent my sample for further testing. She even gave me her cell so that I could text her for my results. I thought that was a very nice gesture. It's been a week and I've called her office 4 times with no result. No one has any information on my results. I sent her a courteous text, one week after the appointment. Shows she read my message, but she didn't bother to reply. I won't be back for obvious reasons.

She hit it off with Anida pretty well and understands her needs. I do wish we could work out an arrangement on her refills because I work 7 days a week and my wife is a night nurse. Running my mother into the office every 90 days is hard for us to keep up with and the reason why we left our previous doctor

My visit was very helpful. Dr. Moreno is very understanding, knowledgeable, and supportive. Alex is very kind, and professional also. The front desk receptionist very prompt, and also professional. I give my visit 5 stars on a 5 star scale (5 being highest).

My very first visit was today. Pre registering before my appointment was awesome because once I got there I only had to sign 1 paper everything else was taken care of. Her MA's are awesome and friendly. Dr. Moreno walked in with a big smile that made me feel at ease. She is very informative and actually went online and printed out different things for me to look at if I had any questions or concerns once I left the office. I'm definitely looking forward to my next appointment in a few weeks!
