Susan is a wonderful nurse practitioner. She was warm, friendly and well-informed and very proactive. She took the time to listen to me and made me feel heard and seen. I will definitely see her in the future. Her CNA Kalisha was amazing as well and treated me with care and compassion. I'm so glad I took to heart all the positive reviews and decided to follow through with my appointment. Excellent provider! She listened to what my medical conditions were, she was very thorough in my past medical history intake, and she asked questions to better get to know what I was needing. She was very personable and laughed and put me at ease. She ordered the right tests and even suggested a test that helped me learn something I’d never known and highlighted something that has been causing me not to feel well almost every day! I can’t recommend Dr. Nelson enough! Such a great staff as well!

I made a great choice! Susan was very nice and helpful during my appointment. She recommended things to me to help my overall wellness and she is very funny. Every staff i interacted with was just as kind and funny as her. You can feel the warmth and compassion for caring for others just by interacting with them. I was late due to a flat tire and as soon as i checked in i was called right away. Highly recommended!
