Dr. Shen was born in Taiwan and moved to the United States for undergraduate training at the University of Colorado Denver. After completing medical school she then did her psychiatry residency training in Long Island, NY at Nassau University Medical Center. And after completing residency she moved to the Bay Area. Dr. Shen is experienced in general psychiatry specifically in managing depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, and anxiety. Dr. Shen is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese and board certified in psychiatry.
