This has probably been my best experience at a doctors office. I found the ladies at the front desk to be kind and helpful, and as for Dr. Susanna herself she was amazing. With other Doctors in the past they us to rush me just to get me out of there but I believe she genuinely cared about my well being I will definitely make her my regular Doctor.

Visit went okay, but then I went weeks without hearing any follow up on my blood and urine work. Turns out she went on an early maternity leave. I understand that these things happen, but it would have been nice to get some sort of notification about this rather than just be left hanging.

I had a great experience with Dr. Valentini and her staff. I had an 8 am appointment and I was taken care of immediately. Dr. Valentini really took her time reviewing my medical history, and she made me feel very comfortable and not rushed. The nurse who did my preliminary tests and measurements was also great -- very friendly and personable, and he made sure I wasn't uncomfortable or uneasy, even with some of the more awkward moments of the tests. Overall a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Valentini.

Dr. Valentini is very sweet and a knowledgable doctor. Most of the prelim physical was done by a tech and PA, so I really only consulted her at the end of the appointment--likely because she is very busy and also preparing for maternity leave. Usually I prefer seeing just one or two people so that I don't have to explain all of my concerns multiple times and can be confident that the doctor knows what's going on with me. Clean office, and friendly staff.

The staff, nurses, and doctor are all very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour for my physical and everyone was very pleasant. I highly recommend!

The wait was over 2 hours and the staff was overly stressed! The front desk/call staff was so clueless about how to talk to people and their medical services. Besides being rude, the front desk staff said that I have to come back and schedule another appt to pick up my exams while the doctor said I can see it online or via call given my busy schedule. I also did an appt for another service which was cancelled by the doctor. Honestly, i did liked Dr Valentini. She is professional and nice. But due to this bad experience overall, I would not waste your time here.

I have been searching for a general physician for some time now living in NYC. Dr. Valentini is a great doctor and really knowledgable. The office is spacious and extremely clean. Her staff were all super friendly and I look forward to making her my permanent general physician! I would definitely recommend Dr. Valentini.

Dr. Valentini was wonderful to visit with. Went in for a routine physical and felt as if I was in good hands. The offices were pristine, physician's assistant was friendly and overall had a fine time at the office. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new doctor.

I changed doctors and am so happy and pleased I found Dr. Valentini. At my previous doctor I would have to wait a very long time even if I had an appointment, fill out the same paperwork every time as if it was my first time going and they would rush me out of the appointment in 15 minutes. This was totally not the case with Dr. Valentini. She and her MA took their time getting to know me and asking about my medical history and I do not think I have had this thorough of a physical in years. I'm very pleased with my first visit and will continue coming to this doctor.

Dr. Valentini was very thorough, she did a very careful check that was very detailed, and I felt that i finally went to a doctor who took their time and devoted it to the patient. Great doctor, very sweet, explains and answers questions very well. I will definitely recommend to anyone. A plus, the clinic is a sort of Midtown boutique: clean offices, nice staff. Highly recommended.

Just had my first visit with Dr. Valentini. She was excellent. The staff and nurse were nice, helpful and answered all my questions. Dr. Valentini has great bedside manner. She did not make me feel rushed at all and made me feel comfortable. She is calm, collected, efficient, and thorough. She has become my new primary care physician. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Valentini's office was cheerful and inviting. Her staff was friendly and had strong command of the waiting area. The wait time was minimal. Dr. Valentini was friendly and kind, a bit soft spoken but competent and efficient. I would definitely recommend her services.

Dr. Valentini was extremely nice and calm. She answered all my questions with patience and clarity, even my billing questions. The office is clean, the staff was nice, and accommodating. I didn't have to wait for longer than 15 mins., I was back at work in a total of 45 minutes.
