The provider did not spend no more than five minutes with me. She gave me a piece of paper to read; a FoodMap. She did not introduce herself nor did she make me feel comfortable considering it was my first time at the facility.

Didn't really discuss my issues, but offered her opinion on how to reach my goal of losing weight. Her offered opinion was already the obvious of by reducing my calorie intake. Would have preferred some more discussion on my questions regarding my nutritional allergies.

I arrived early and that’s why I had to wait. Suzanne took me right at my appointment time.
Suzanne took time to review my lab results and talk about my eating habits and workout routine. She was very reassuring, in that she validated that my diet and exercise routine is very good, and that my issues were more genetic related.

It was very good. I learned a lot about foods I should be eating, portions, exercises & how to behave at meal time (pay attention to each bite, eat slowly, taste my food). We also went over my cholestrol numbers. Very informative visit.
