About Dr. Nishath Rahman
Dr. Nishath Rahman is an internal medicine physician who cares for every patient as a whole person. She greatly values preventative medicine and enjoys educating her patients on leading healthy lives. She has expertise in sleep medicine and understands the vital role sleep has in wellness and longevity. She sees all patients ages 18+.
Dr. Rahman was inspired by her father, a physician, and the deep relationships he built with his patients across generations. She wanted to follow in his footsteps and is honored to do so at Holy Name, where every patient is treated with compassion, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
Dr. Rahman earned her medical degree from Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine in Las Cruces, New Mexico. She completed her internal medicine residency at Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown, New York.

Dr. Raman was personable and listened to my backstory and concerns as a new patient. The nurses in the office were also thorough and friendly, and the office seemed to have new technology in place!
