the visit was great but not without fundamental flaws in their very policies they do for everyone
one when your a new patient they will submit tests results to your portal without telling you up front that your portal may not be set up and you may need their help in setting it up
i have bad luck with portals of medical nature so does my dad so i have to go the extra distance to make them work
they should give new patients a paper with instructions on how to do it right first visit and their emails should also have the complete instructions
new patients who are not tech savvy WATCH OUT

My virtual visit with PA Camacho was pleasant. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and a great listener. I received my prescriptions quickly. I would definitely have her as my PCP if I lived in Houston. Would definitely recommend!

Got an appointment with Dr. Miller last minute today because I was having some stomach pain. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. Took the time to sit down with me and discuss my diet and long term health. I highly recommend her!

First time in a long time I’ve been to a doctor. Everyone was professional and courteous. Although I did not actually see the primary care physician who I set up the appointment with, it did not bother me. I can fully understand that offices can be busy and if the rest of the staff is capable, then we have what I experienced. The PA Ms. Carolina was pleasant and extremely helpful. They got the ball rolling on diagnosing and figuring out what is wrong with me. Overall a very good experience considering I was there for less than favorable circumstances.

I thought the flow of the visit was confusing. I booked the apt with Doctor A, then was told I'd be seen by provider B who was supervised by Doctor A. During the apt, I was seen by someone, who I assumed was provider B. After routine questions, I was told my provider would now see me, who I assumed would now be Doctor A. The person showed up and told me they were provider B. As I was confused, provider B asked if I'd still like to continue the apt (talking about being passive aggressive).
I was trying to get birth control prescription. Provider B told me that they could only prescribe me 3-month supply. After that I'd need to find another primary care doctor and they won't be able to refill the prescription for me. This whole apt felt somewhat a waste of time/money.

I think the office staff at Dr. Miller's are both professional and friendly. I thought Dr. Miller was quite personable and took plenty of time speaking with me and explaining the course of action. She ensured I understood and was comfortable with what was going on not only during the appointment but also what would be needed and done after the appointment. The time and care she and her staff took with me, allows me to look forward to a long professional relationship.
