Overall not a terrible experience. However, the nurse who did the initial portion of the visit (height, weight, blood pressure, etc) was incredibly insensitive. She actually laughed when I indicated a concern regarding a possible STD! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Dr. Rizvi seemed nice enough, though his personality is as dry as the Sahara desert. I also got the feeling he didn't really believe me when I told him about a prior injury (shoulder), its severity, and my concerns regarding it. It may be attributed to my age (younger than most of the other patients I saw there). It didn't really feel good to be made to feel like I have some ulterior motive or might be after something other than a solution to my issues. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience, but if subsequent visits continue to make feel like the first, I may be shopping for a new doctor.
