The doctor herself seem very good and personable. She was a generalist even though she came up in the list of dermatologists so she was not able to help us specifically. The weight felt terribly long even though I made an appointment. The front desk seem to forget we were there and did not give us the new patient forms until asked about it 20 minutes after the appointment time even though we arrived early. That was frustrating

Horrible the receptionist was very rude and impolite showed no ethics I will never go back again I would rather go to a veterinarian than here.

I would not recommend this place. Everyone here treated me pretty rudely and made me really nervous. I could tell that they all just wanted to leave and didn’t care about me as a patient. Everyone was very abrupt, did not tell me why they were doing certain things, etc. for example, they took my blood pressure three times because they didn’t like the readings they got and didn’t listen when I said this was normal
