I am very pleased with Dr. Reyes and feel very comfortable talking to her. She offers much insight and positiveness to our conversation. I found Dr. Reyes, after a horrible experience with my previous doctor. Dr. Reyes stepped in a helped me while I was having a very serious and scary withdrawal. She has been wonderful to me. She is kind of serious, however she is also very serious about her patients and their care. I would recommend her to others. I will continue to be her patient for as long as I need a psychiatrist and medication. I feel much much better under her care!

I have seen this doctor in two different locations. She has been absolutely no help in fact just tries to prescribe additional medications without even asking or consulting or listening. Everytime I have seen her she doesn't look up at me. Also, the staff and secretaries are downright rude and unhelpful. At the first location they brushed me to the side bc I didn't speak Russian. At the second, I had to wait 2.5 hours and they let several other patients in front of me. When I politely asked when my turn would be I got yelled at by a very unprofessional woman who spoke in Spanish to 5 other patients letting them before me.

She didn't allow me any talk time. She basically asked me a few questions and was telling me the answers to my questions before allowing me to answer. I was hoping to actually speak on what i was feeling that didn't happen all she wanted to do was prescribe me meds. which i don't think i need. i was only with her for around 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

She was very nice, but only half-listened to my answers and jumped to conclusions without listening to everything I said. She also shared personal anecdotes, which made me uncomfortable.

I chose Dr. Reyes because of her positive reviews, a weekend appointment opening and she was covered under my insurance. I will not be coming back. She was very distant - sat behind her desk, barely asked me any questions, made a ton of false assumptions, didn't explain anything to me, unprofessional office staff.

Dr. Reyes is very nice, compassionate, intelligent and well informed. Wait time can vary greatly, but I like knowing that she will give her clients needed time if her client needs to talk or is in crisis. She combines interactive chat with standar psychiatry, which is a refreshing change. I would recommend her very highly.

I saw her and asked for an important form to be filed out. It's been over a week and I've left messages, with no call-back. The answering machine is just a generic robot, not at all professional, and apparently, nobody checks messages. Not what you'd expect from a shrink.

I won't be going back to Dr. Reyes. I didn't find her to be warm and receptive. I felt she was too technical, using medical jargon extensively instead of listening to my needs.

I had a very easy going visit to Reyes. I felt very comfortable talking and expressing things that I have never talked about with anyone. She was very professional and easy to talk to. This is the first time i have ever gone to a psychiatrist and it open me up to helpful techniques to deal with my anxiety. I would definitely recommend going to her.
