This was my first therapy session. Going in I felt anxious about what the process would be like or how I would feel talking with Dr. Kook. Right away she helped me feel comfortable and gave me the space to share all that was bothering me. I felt she listened and I look forward to working on myself with her.

Wonderful therapist! Very enthusiastic about sharing cognitive behavioral tricks. All are working & would tell anyone to see Dr. Kook if they need help.
