Great visit overall, but I was prescribed a medication and was told it was sent to the pharmacy. The pharmacy I had on the app wasn't one they worked with, so the doctor and I agreed on another that she wrote down and said she sent it. It wasn't in by the next morning so I called Circle and was told I had to be the one to switch the pharmacy in the app in order to receive the meds - even though no one told me that. It's now been 24 hours since the appt, and over 3 since i switched the pharmacy in the app, and still nothing at the pharmacy. Probably will not be using circle again because of this.
