Really bad experience. The doctor saw me for less than 5 minutes and barely communicated. I had to ask to be prescribed medicine. I could have just not seen the doctor and gotten rapid tests done for cheaper myself. Not coming back here.

This was a complete waste of my time I went on your app looking for ears nose and throat doctor which I assumed I was making an appointment for previous appointments I made the doctors called me and told me they were not ears nose and throat doctors this particular doctor knew what I was coming for and told me after my appointment that he wasn't and ears no and throat doctor wasting my time and charging my insurance for a useless visit as he could not help me this could have been easily avoided and not a waste of my time if I was told from the very beginning or your website from the very beginning gave truthful information I will never consider your sight again for a doctor thank you for wasting my time

I commuted over an hour to get to the appointment and Dr Mobasser barely looked at me. It was a five minute appointment tops. When he told me to meet him in his office he didn’t lead me there so I had no idea where his office even was and had to search through random rooms to find him. Once I got there, I had to close the door myself for privacy. Terrible bedside manner and seemed to care more about getting me out of his office as soon as he could rather than making me feel like a valued patient whose wellbeing he cared about. Super weird vibes.

As a transgender woman, Dr MOBASSER made me feel more comfortable than my previous primary doctor that ive been seeing for over 8 years.
Office building location was easy to access. Office staff was extremely friendly and helpful making the check in process a stress free.

I have been a patient at this practice for decades but I am thinking of switching to a different one. Things have changed the past several years. It feels like an assembly line, where the doctors have no more than 10 minutes for a patient and then must move to the next patient. I had this dame experience with 2 different doctors and my wife had the same with a third one. I want a doctor who knows me, and I don't feel that is possible at this clinic anymore.
