I was highly disappointed. I believe true healthcare professionals put their patients and their health as the priority. Dr Brown barely took a moment to educate me on any of the things I was concerned about with my skin. This was my first appointment ever to the dermatologist and I didn’t expect the very first question out of her mouth to be “so what would you like me to do prescribe you an antibiotic?” I typically look to understand the root cause of the problem to attempt a holistic approach to resolve and when I explained this to the doctor she not only laughed at me but somewhat mocked me for even saying anything like that. It was not the experience I expected.

Dr. Brown asked about my concerns and offered her advice. She was insightful and professional. However, I still didn't get new results or hear anything new to help treat my condition. I was hoping that would be the case since I went to a previous dermatologist I wasn't too thrilled over. I guess I'll just keep seeking help elsewhere but I have nothing negative to say about her assistance.

Not that this should be a standard but even when I was late by 10 minutes I was still able to be seen and quickly seen such that I was able to be on time for work today. dr. Dr. Brown is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She has helped me treat on and off acne for the past 2.5 years, and I always appreciate her willingness to find a solution that works for me. My only complaint is that the office is often very busy, so the wait can be long but the actual visit very short.
