I received 5 texts before arriving, with one making it clear I needed to download an app (employee said sucked), with 3 listing an Atl address. I wasn't thrilled it was 20 miles since I had thought I booked a closer location through ZocDoc, but I went. Wasted bunch of gas getting there, struggled to find parking since you have to use a residential parking deck, finally found my way (thanks to a bank attendant in the building since no one picked up the second time I called), and was ignored by the receptionists. They finally acknowledged me, just to chastise I was late (I had called the number listed and warned I would be) AND that I was at the WRONG location. They did offer to set me up for an appointment, but I was frustrated and had other appointments so I told them to forget it and left. I was hoping to find a new doc since I have eczema and have struggled with finding a new provider the past few years. They are so large that they clearly do not communicate well within themselves.
