Dr. Tania Monge Lee was born in El Salvador and has been living in Houston, Texas from the age of 5. Her interest in medicine was peaked early in life and cemented with her attending the Michael E. DeBakey High School for Health Professions. She attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Health Science Center in Houston. Her training in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at UTHSC Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program in Lyndon Baines Johnson Hospital in Houston, Texas, where she served as Administrative Chief Resident.
Dr. Lee’s interests lie in minimally invasive surgery. She is well-versed in the treatment of menstrual irregularities, contraception counseling, and high risk pregnancies. She is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Lee strives to provide thorough, compassionate care for her patients.
