Very pleasant experience!! There was a mix-up with the appointment but they took me anyway. The staff and nurse were very nice and courteous. Dr. Rajpal was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable while addressing my concerns. Highly recommend!

I unfortunately had a terrible experience at this doctor. The receptionist was more than flustered about my change of address and I had to wait 45 minutes before I was seen which was annoying as I had to drive into the city to work after the appointment. Then the doctor sat me down on a dirty couch in the exam room to ask me questions. She didn’t believe that as a person with chronic UTIs I would be able to determine that I did in fact have another UTI. Then when I was on the exam table in the stirrups she got up and walked out of the room leaving the door open and me exposed on the terrible. She came back immediately and apologized and said “I shouldn’t have done that” Worst experience ever, please stay away.

Dr Rajpal and her assistant were nice and the whole visit was very good. I rated 4/5 because two weeks later , I received a bill with extra fees , although we had already paid all the cost at her office before the examination . we contact her clinic and they solved the problem and we did not pay any extra cent .
