The intake form asked me how many intimate partners I had had in my life, I didn’t feel that was an appropriate question but still filled it out. I think the better question, and what they were really trying to get at, was if I wanted to get tested for STDs. When Dr. Sanderson saw my number, she gasped and asked if that was really accurate in a very rude way. I don’t need to be shamed by my Gyno. She barely spoke to me and made little effort to get to know me but she totally judged me. Needless to say, I’m not going back.

The staff were kind and helpful. It was a busy day and they acknowledged it and apologized for any delays. Most places just rush you around and make you feel like an added burden. Pros: Dr Sanderson was prepared when she came in to greet me and asked follow-up questions specific to my medical history which showed me that she took the time to read my chart. The exam was thorough; she was knowledgeable and offered sound professional advice.
Cons: The practice is in process of getting their patient portal up and running. The portal unfortunately lost the paperwork that I filled out electronically prior to my visit. Also the receptionist Nathalie could use more training on how the portal works so that she can do her job more efficiently. I wanted to note that half the time Nathalie was wearing her mask under her nose or no mask at all which was quite uncomfortable to see during COVID-19.

She was friendly, knowledgeable, asked a lot of questions to understand what was going on and was right to the point. She gave me the correct diagnosis and prescribed me the medication I needed. The visit was quick, but was helpful and was worth the trip to this office location.

There was a wait time due to delays with a previous patient, but I appreciated the staff being forthcoming with the delay. Dr. Sanderson had a great bedside manner and didn't make me feel rushed despite the fact that she was working fast to get back on schedule. Very professional office! Looking forward to seeing a newly renovated office when they move.
