Very dissatisfied with my visit. Dr never called me to discuss my results. When I called to speak with her. I was told I needed to schedule a phone visit which would charge my insurance and I'd have to pay a co pay for the call. Never have I experienced that with any other dr. I will never go back. Seems they are more concerned with billing your insurance than they are with communicating with they're patients

the doctor was polite and kind. however, my overall experience at the clinic was not great. I waited another hour to be seen with the doctor, then another 45 minutes to have blood drawn.
my appointment was at 2:30- i checked in at at 2:20. I left at 4:20. Would not recommended the office if you can go somewhere else.

The reason this isn’t a five star is just for the fact the entire appointment took about 2 hrs maybe more with so many people. However, besides from that I would definitely be going again, all staff was very pleasant and helpful. The Doctor made sure to run most tests to check up on me ( which was still free!) and clearly told me what she recommends is best for my health

I do not recommend this location or provider. It is unprofessional and unsanitary. Wait time is over 2 hours. I did not see the provider I booked the appointment with. I was so frustrated I felt like crying.

Had a wonderful experience. I can say over the years with other providers - I have had multiple issues with bedside manner and feeling listened to and rushed out the door. However this experience had me feeling wonderful. I was seen and heard by the doctor and all her staff; I didnt feel rushed at all and had all my questions answered and all procedures explained to me.

Horrible experience at this clinic. I signed up for an appointment with Dr. Farwa, it was confirmed via text multiple times. I show up and the receptionist was so rude & had an attitude, and informed me that Dr. Farwa wasn’t in today so I was going to see whoever else was in. They could have told me before the doctor I signed up for wasn’t there.
I waited in the waiting room for 1 full hour. The vibe here is like a PP clinic with ~20-30 teens and other patients waiting. I finally got called in and they told me to undress. After that I waited another 40 minutes until someone came in. She said she was an NP, did my exam and rushed me out of there within 2 minutes. I didn’t get to ask any questions and did not feel any type of care or space to have a conversation. If you are an adult woman not needing PP-style care, go somewhere else.

The doctor was about 1 hour 20 minutes late for the appointment, walked in, didn’t acknowledge or apologize being extremely late, asked only if I had any medical conditions/family history of female cancer (no asking about sexual activity or other GYN related topics; this was also my first time meeting her and she didn’t ask any questions about me in general). She then quickly started the exam and was out of the room within 3 minutes total (for reference this was an annual full exam with a PAP smear). The appointment itself felt extremely rushed, completely impersonal, and not at all thorough. Would recommend seeking care somewhere else.

The overall experience was amazing. The provider was very nice and she treated me very well. She was certainly patient in every aspect and gave me proper time and attention and did a perfect diagnosis. Loved the visit!

All in all it was a good experience. The wait before my appointment was 30 mins. Clinic is not modern or updated but it's clean and spacious. Staff was generally very nice. Dr Farwa was great—listened, communicated clearly everything that was happening/that she was doing. I had to dress and undress twice and wait in the waiting room 2 more times after the initial exam (for ultrasound, then bloodwork). But was there just a total of 2 hrs.

Great doctor, she was very knowledgeable and got right to the point. And the front desk staff was very attentive and friendly! Especially the Muslim girl with the hijab. Wash in a rush and communicated that and they made sure I was seen and out by the time I needed to be. Definitely would recommend this place!

The office itself is dated and dirty. Receptionist was rude and after my appointment i received a message to call back for results. When I did, they had me verify my DOB and name 3x and then said they wouldn’t disclose anything and I needed to schedule another appointment “to discuss results”. Went to a diff gyno after, no significant findings. This office is clearly trying to skim extra appointment charges off of insurance. Doctor was wonderful though! She should join a modern practice.

I went for a pap smear & a consult that required me to have my blood drawn & an ultrasound done. The wait times were long, not just before the initial check in, but also in b/w all the 3 procedures. When I was finally seen, they told me I was out of network & that I would have to pay out of pocket for the visit (& rushed me to do it). It was only when I resisted that they called my insurance and said I was in network (I knew that). Then, they wanted me to pay my co-pay along with the cost of the ultrasound before I even met my doctor to confirm I needed one. Maybe it’s their experience, but something about the insurance rep telling me to pay for a procedure she thought I might need before even I even met the doc did not sit right with me. They were unclear and impatient through the process, did not clearly explain all the charges for the treatment I received, and I overall felt uncomfortable by their service. The provider herself was ok but I wouldn’t recommend the clinic at all.

The doctor was great at listening and answering all my questions. The wait was a little long and their bathroom had no toilet paper and an almost broken lock/handle but I will be coming back because of the bedside manner.

I never actually saw the doctor because I felt incredibly uncomfortable in the space. They didn't provide the service I was looking for but didn't tell me until I was already checked in. The bathroom in the waiting room where I was asked to give a sample felt unsanitary and not private at all. Fortunately, I was told I would not be billed since I wasn't seen.

My specific provider was lovely. However, the office is very unwelcoming for trans and non-binary folks (there are several signs saying 'no men allowed' as one goes back into the patient area) and there was no ask of pronouns or any sort of acknowledgement of queer communities. There also is a solicitation for 'vaginal rejuvenation' on the wall, which felt gross and sexist. The clinic was busy and patients were seen fast, but the overall wait was still surprising.

Horrible bedside manner! Rude, sarcastic and dismissive. This is not how a patient should feel at one of the most vulnerable states in their life. Would never go back and recommend others to stay away and find a more empathetic and patient doctor.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I booked this appt. On Zocdoc which asks how many weeks I am. They refused to see me because I was over the allotted amount of weeks. Wasted over an hour of my day and only informed me I couldn’t get a sono after I had already seen the doctor and she said we would be getting the sonogram. This was confusing and annoying, I do not recommend this office in anyway.
