Tara Eastin is a diligent and caring internist serving the community of Clinton Township, MI. Dr. Eastin attended Michigan State University, where she received her medical degree, and completed her internal medicine internship and residency at McLaren Regional Medical Center. She continued her training by completing her fellowship in hospice and palliative medicine at The George Washington University Hospital. Dr. Eastin has also obtained a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University.

Dr. Eastin and the staff at Lakeshore Medical are Phenomenal. The wait time was minimal, Dr. Eastin saw me within 5 minutes of me being taken to the exam room by the M.A. and she is simply an amazing Dr. She listened to all of my concerns and provided me with solutions that worked. I am a returning patient and I am very happy with Dr. Eastin and the staff of Lakeshore.
