Went early in the morning and the wait time was very short.

It took at least three hours.
The treatment plan was good.
A consistent of the basics, blood pressure, oxygen level, oxygen level under workload.
Chest x-ray.
All this took place with two doctors present and very little patient pressure.
The doctor misunderstood the patient when the patient said she was weak after taking the cough syrup. The doctor assumed she was weak because of ill illness.
The doctor was more focused on other people on the phone.
In all of the above took place in a span of 3+ hours with no patient pressure evident.

I’ve been here twice and saw the same doctor twice. Petite lady with blonde hair. Both times she’s gaslit me and made me feel like whatever I say is wrong. Always just sends me away feeling the same as I came there. Stupid advice that a 5 year old could tell me… I go to the doctors and I am vulnerable to them with my feelings and I just feel disrespected and dumbfounded.

find out no ear blockage or infection but on answer to why my ears are blocked and I can’t hear. Doctor wasn’t very personable. I came here because it was close to home.

Zocdoc started off fine but the text messages and emails were excessive. When a person is sick or injured, less is better. The facility was great, but Zocdoc diminished the experience with their communication cadence.

I was seen timely. Provider was pleasant & listened to me describe my symptoms.
Was treated timely & was even able to get the medication that was prescribed at this urgent care clinic which saved me time.
I have gone to this urgent care center before & have always had a good experience. Would & have recommended this clinic to others.

The doctor only spent about 5 seconds with me. I knew I had a finger infection so I wasn’t surprised but he could have at least touched it or cleaned it out. He barely looked at it

The staff was great and the doctors provided good direction. Xrays were prompt. The only issue was I was in the exam room almost an hour before someone came to see me. I actually checked if they forgot about me.

I am 72 years old. I came in to urgent care on July 30th with all the signs of an upper respiratory infection and intense cough. .They were thorough with testing, however, I was left in the room for over an hour, Then I was given nothing and sent on my way. Three days later, I went in to my doctor's office having lost my voice and still the cough. By then I needed a z-pac and meds for the cough. All my providers tell me to be preventive and get in. Because it was a weekend I went to urgent care to get treated. I expected to get something but ended up having to take several days off work. I'll never go here again.

The office was clean and well spaced out. The office provided clean listed pens and a dirty pen area (great for those that aren't sick.) The staff was friendly and responsive to questions. I was unsure how we were being charged on our insurance (In network or Out of Network) , but I didn't ask, because we were staying regardless. The wait was small, and the time from getting to exam room to seeing doctor was extremely short. The doctor was friendly and quickly had us on our way with the needed medicines ordered. We were in and out in about 45 minutes.

Very pleased with my experience at this urgent care. This is the one I use on a regular basis, because they are quick efficient, friendly, and helpful.
