An in-person visit may be required depending on your treatment needs, such as but not limited to certain prescriptions. Your clinician will work with you to determine an appropriate treatment plan.
Tara is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who helps adults with addiction, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She also provides LGBTQIA+-related care and can complete same-day initial evaluations. Tara’s modalities can include cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies, and motivational interviewing. She connects with her patients on a personal level and is open to learning how to better serve them. Tara has a familial history of addiction, anxiety, and depression that went untreated. She wants to help others, so they don’t go through what she experienced. Tara is active with her family and enjoys fishing, working on vehicles, and taking family vacations.
Tara also treats opioid and alcohol use disorders with Suboxone and other evidenced-based practice methods to achieve current and future sobriety, a return to health and wellness and improved daily life.

hello in the first 5 minutes of speaking with tara i think we hit it off extremely well i'm looking forward to meeting her terrified she's going to change my klonopin back down to 4 mg a day now that i had been stabilized at 6 mg and starting to felt

can't get it straight whether you are in my network or not. many many phone calls. my primary doctor and humana say my plan is in your network and i should be covered. humana was billed and paid, which proves you are in network, but others say no

because my adhd is a sensitive topic for me i do not talk about it much. so i believe that my clinician should be a great fit for me to express myself about my experiences and so far the first visit was easy. i felt comfortable and understood.
