What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
I'm passionate about providing preventive medicine and whole-person health optimization. I believe it's important to listen to a patient's wisdom about their own body and foster shared decision-making.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
A primary care provider should address multiple pillars of both physical and mental health and wellness for their patients. I believe the quality of the relationship between a provider and a patient is strongly related to outcomes and therefore should be highly valued.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking and paddle boarding. I'm also a musician and play the piano and guitar.
