I have been a registered dietitian since 2015. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Saint Mary's College of California and completed my Master's in Clinical Nutrition at Boston University. Through my work as a performance dietitian at Northwestern University and building the nutrition department within a primary care/wellness facility, I realized my passion lies in working with individuals ready to truly change their relationship with food and their bodies. After suffering from an eating disorder for 10 years and being in recovery for 10 years, I understand both the struggle and the freedom that comes with healing. Whether you are experiencing a diagnosed eating disorder or feel as though you have battled food and your body, I can help you find that freedom and develop confidence in yourself and your relationship with food and your body. I utilize the power of habit and evidence-based nutrition to coach you out of old ways of thinking and relating to yourself, so you can navigate the world of diet culture and misinformation with confidence. Through this work, we can also address heart health, digestive issues, performance nutrition, and pre-diabetes/diabetes.
