“Seeing a providers in Vegas can feel a little “corporate,” and this office is no exception, so I was a little skeptical at first booking this appointment for my husband. But this was one of the best doctor’s appointments we’ve ever had, and I can’t say enough about Taylor’s bedside manner. She’s thorough, and takes a lot of time to listen and make sure you understand the plan and see if you have questions. Often seeing a doctor in America feels like a rushed assembly line, but this was very much the opposite. You feel immediately like Taylor is exceptionally smart, and patient, and like she is genuinely listening. I really can’t recall the last time I felt that way from a medical professional. I would trust this woman to care for my whole family. ”

About Taylor Jones
Taylor is a Las Vegas native who graduated from Rancho High School (Go Rams!) before earning her bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She went on to complete her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro University Nevada.
Passionate about health equity, Taylor is dedicated to providing accessible, inclusive care that supports patients from all backgrounds.
Outside the clinic, Taylor enjoys hiking with her dogs, strength training, and spending quality time with family and friends. She values building meaningful connections within her community and fostering wellness both inside and outside the clinic.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Didn’t wait a long time. The medical assistant, Alfredo is nice and helpful as well. And our medical provider, Taylor Jones, is simply awesome! Good listener and communicator, very sweet and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I had a lot of anxiety about my visit but the entire staff was very kind, Taylor especially made a great effort to put me at ease and make me comfortable while making sure I was fully informed. So thankful for her help!

They were very informative and made me feel at ease.
Doctor Taylor is very nice. She answered all of my questions and concerns. Was able to give me recommendations on other services.
She took her time and made me feel welcome.
Alfredo was also very kind took care of my blood work. Made me feel comfortable since needles make me nervous.
He was fast and kept me distracted and informed at the same time.
Glad I found them definitely would recommend them to my family and friends.

I had originally found her when searching for a therapist but was pleasantly surprised when I had stumbled across her as a primary care provider. She is patient, kind and extremely friendly! I appreciate the effectiveness of the staff. I do not appreciate not being seen by the provider that I had chosen, but the provider that made time to see me was nice and He listened to me.
As for Zocdoc, I will not be utilizing the platform again due to it being extremely misleading. I was searching for an endocrinologist and the office that I was led to is a Primary Care facility. It's extremely misleading and I walked in with a set of questions that couldn't truly be answered and ended up paying for a service that wasn't warranted.
I believe that the front desk staff is a bit overwhelmed and that contributes to some confusion because people are coming in with expectations that can't be fulfilled.
