Dr. Noone earned her Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. She continued her medical education by completing a pediatric residency from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, followed by a family medicine residency from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
