About Dr. Karena Neri
Dr. Karena Neri is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. She completed her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in Champaign, Illinois. Dr. Neri earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. She continued her medical education by successfully completing an internal medicine and pediatric internship and residency at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has successfully practiced, in the outpatient setting, primary care and pediatrics since 1993.
Dr. Neri's goal is to provide personalized medical care that coincides with her patient's needs and beliefs. As an internist and pediatrician, she likes to partner with the patient and their family in developing a relationship grounded in respect and compassion.
Dr. Neri is also certified in basic life support, neonatal advanced life support, pediatric advanced life support and advanced cardiac life support. She is a Diplomat of the National Board Medical Examiners and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Medical Association. Love it! Returning patient - relocated in Palm Harbor. Good to see Dr. Neri ! She is highly proffesional yet extremely personable, kind and a pleasure to work with. I would recomend her to anyone who is looking for a doctor of Internal Medicine and pediatrics or a primary care doctor in Palm Harbor.
