While Dr. Muehl is very nice in person, she is as good as useless as a provider and the office staff is hit or miss. First of all they kept calling my childhood house phone number, one I haven't used in 12 years. I told them THREE times to change it before it finally got changed. I told Dr. Muehl I had donated blood recently and my labs would reflect that. Lo and behold, when my results came back it showed me as anemic and she referred me to a hematologist. I called to try and review the results and discuss options for next steps. The first staff member told me donating blood couldn't cause anemia. Then I had the displeasure of speaking with Jennifer, who was so rude I stopped to ask if that's actually the way she speaks to people. Seven phone calls back and forth, the conclusion finally was that donating blood could cause anemia and she referred me elsewhere (albeit not in a helpful direction). It really felt like she was just trying to send me anywhere else, didn't matter where.

I am not a fan of BayCare, and the doctors that are contracted to work for them are very rushed and robotic. I felt like another number marching through there. The doctor did not have an easy going personality and had a very cold attitude. I will be looking for a new doctor that is more personable, and caring.
