I actually saw Dr. Paumquest, and he was amazing. He was a great listener, provided important insights, and was a wealth of knowledge in relation to the purpose of the appointment. There seem to be less and less medical professionals that take the patient serious, and provide both concern and wisdom equally. Dr. Paumquest did just that! I'm thankful I found this practice!

My first experience was delightful. My nurse came in and was very helpful and assisted me with any questions I did have. The environment was comfortable. She had a lot of knowledge and experience which made me really happy. Overall I would recommend her and I’d definitely be coming back to her.

I graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas, in 2007 with a Master of Science in Nursing. I also completed my undergraduate nursing degree at Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, Arkansas. Prior to becoming an RN, I worked as an LVN and an EMT.
I have been a nurse practitioner for 16 years and have been a nurse since my early 20s, including experience as an ICU charge nurse. Throughout my career, I have worked in hospital, urgent care, family practice, and OB/GYN settings. My goal is to collaborate with my patients to optimize their health—addressing physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I am grateful for the opportunity to provide care and support to my patients and their families.
I have worked in many different settings and have traveled extensively as a locum provider. I have a special interest in gastroenterology, women’s health, diabetes and hypertension management, as well as pulmonology and cardiology issues. My passion lies in preventive care, focusing on the optimization of mind and body in harmony.
When I’m not busy, I love spending time with my two daughters and all of their dog family members. We enjoy gardening, hiking, kayaking, snow skiing, and most outdoor activities. I also love going to rock concerts—even at my age!
