Tell us what makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider. I knew I wanted to be a healthcare provider at a young age. I felt and continue to feel compassionate about caring for others, making a difference in their day, and solving whatever issue may be at hand. I am proud to be in this profession and will continue to help others in my role. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? A primary care provider should be willing and able to listen to the needs and desires of a patient. If there is misinformation present, the PCP should be able to educate the patient and assist in establishing a plan that is optimal for both parties. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? I stay busy with my husband and children, watching their activities they’re involved in. We enjoy traveling when time allows, and I like to shop and read when I find the time.

First time having a video appointment and it it was great.

Filled out all the necessary information on ZocDoc and Circle Medical app prior to my 4:45pm meeting on Sunday 11th. Opened the zoom link at 4:45 and sat there waiting for the host to join the call for 15mins and then the call was cancelled by the provider and they are trying to Charge me a "no show fee" which is incorrect as I have Medicaid as my 2ndary insurance AND i was there on time waiting (i have screenshots of the empty zoom call). Don't use this doctor even if it says she has booking open on the weekend. When i tried calling the office it said noone was available to take my call but i could leave a message...
