Tess Chamakkala, DO, is excited to join the team at Endocrine and Psychiatry Center in Katy and Houston, Texas. As a skilled endocrinologist, Dr. Chamakkala is passionate about general adult endocrinology and managing conditions, including diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, and osteoporosis. She completed her undergraduate studies at Fordham University in the Bronx neighborhood of New York City, New York, earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology. From there, she attended medical school at the New York Institute of Technology’s College of Osteopathic Medicine on Long Island. She underwent rigorous Internal Medicine residency training and later completed an Endocrinology fellowship through St. Luke’s University Health Network in Pennsylvania. She recently relocated to Texas. With this experience and enthusiasm for the progression of medicine, Dr. Chamakkala looks forward to welcoming new and returning patients to the practice.
