“Dr. Alena Sarabia was attentive, listened thoroughly asked detailed questions & was able to elaborate and provide medical advice on personal questions for clarification.
I’m pretty sure she was smiling often, just hard to notice under the mask for obvious reasons.
(which created a much more pleasant environment just by the tone of her voice & friendly expressions instead of being an insensitive monotone Dr.)
She had a great attitude & overall made me feel extremely comfortable with my well being which is highly important when going to a Doctors Appointments since I personally get anxious & uncomfortable during any evaluation. Her Staff didn’t want to just rush through the appointments regardless of the traffic coming in with patients, they treated & respected me as a patient & attended me professionally. Will certainly recommend this practice’s services!”

No one was checking temperatures upon entry of the building (several people coming in and out to get tested for Covid-19), BP cuff and pulse ox were not being wiped down after each use. no hand sanitizer to use, multiple patients used the same pens and clip boards to complete forms, staff not wearing masks. I waited 1 1/2hrs past my appointment time, only to have the PA visit for 3 min and give me a prescription for muscle relaxers. DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE.
