I did not feel confident in Dr. Saw's professional manner. I did not receive a call back re: blood test results. I spoke with the physician on call and he was extremely helpful. Dr. Saw's office called three weeks after my visit to say they found my annual medical form and wanted to know if they should send it to me. Overall my experience was very unsatisfactory.

Dr. Saw was amazing at explaining things to me and very thorough and kind. She made me feel comfortable and seems very available and open if a patient needs to communicate or has a question. The office space is nice as well.
