The reception women was so sweet and spunky! The Dr himself was awesome! I had an infection in my polyps (he stuck a camera in my nose) that had dripped down to my throat. He quickly set me off with aprescription of antibiotics and I was back in action a few days later. Thank you Doctor for helping me!

He got to the core of my problem right away and I think I will behelped by the medication he gave me. He explained everything step by step and I would recommend Dr. Harrison and his office 100%.

I saw doctor Harrison because my normal doctor was promoted to a new position outside my insurance network coverage. I scheduled the first appointment of the day, 9:30a. When I arrived 15 minutes early neither the receptionist nor the doctorwas in. The receptionist showed up just before 9:30 and let me in. The doctor arrived next. Then another patient for his 9:30 appointment, who was seen first. When the doctor saw me, I described why I was there in specific terms I've used with my doctor in the past (same issue for 10 years) and he told me "not to use medical terms I don't know the meaning of". I explained the meaning of the term I used, and he was noticeably embarrassed, then apologized. Next I requested a simple nasal scope my normal doctor performed at my routine visits for the last 10 years. Dr. Harrison jammed gauze to apply a local anesthetic into my nose and sinuses coarsely. It hurt much more than the procedure itself ever has. The next day there was inflammation, followed by a sinus infection a couple days later. Finally, I requested a prescription the doctor said he would call into the pharmacy for which I have him the information. He never did.

This was such a positive medical visit. Beginning with the Receptionist/Admin who was warm, attentive and paid attention to detail. Dr. Harrison was professional, thorough and personable, carefully explaining to me my diagnosis along withthe treatment with great care and a little humor which certainly relaxed my anxiety. Both encouraged that I call the office if I had any questions, concerns, complications. Felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend.

This was single handedly the WORST dr experience ive EVER had. So bad that i got up and left 5 minutes after meeting the dr! They dont take cards which was weird to begin with. When i was taken into theroom, the equpment looked like it was from 1900. Ive been to several ents over the years due to sinus issues, and ive never seen anything like this. The room was a mess. There were two little chairs and no examination table or the normal big chair that ents usually have you sit in. When the dr came in he was extremely rude and condescending! He interrupted me in the middle of telling him my issues. Ive never been treated like that by a medical professional before. I got up and left before he treated me because i was so appalled and uncomfortable. Meanwhile, the dr himself looks like hes from the 1900s, looks 20 years older than his picture on the website, and the fact that he only takes cash and has severly outdated equipment makes me wonder whether hes even legally allowed to practice! Ive been using zocdoc since 2009, and recommend this service all the time. Ive never had this sort of issue. This doctor is awful and should be removed from the site.

Very nice staff that make it very easy to comprehend whatever the heck is going on with you. The doctor is curt and rather condescending, but that doesn't really bother me when he backed in up with information and a genuinedesire to solve whatever is ailing you. I went in to figure out what was up, and left feeling like I'd be able to get better soon. I can't say the same thing about doctors who sugar coat and enable your nonsense, then cause you to end up on the phone with Quest for five hours.

Dr. Harrison was so worth the wait. Initially I was getting antsy about the hour-long wait as the office was backed up, but when I finally met with Dr. Harrison, I realized you cannot put a price on a doctor whotakes the time to make sure his patients needs are fully met. He had an excellent bedside manner that truly put me at ease and he was incredibly patient and reassuring as I asked several questions. Dr. Harrison gave me a thorough examination alongside addressing the concerns that had initially brought me in which i appreciated as I was able to leave with peace of mind. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and will be going back myself for my ENT needs.

The office is a bit old and disheveled. He has a very grumpy demeanor and rushed through the appointment. He didn't seem to like me asking all these questions about the diagnosis and when I had my phone out to writedown the steps to what I needed to do with my medicine I was told to put my phone away. But he's the closest to work so I'll have continue going.

Dr. Sherman was very nice, low key and spent time explaining my problem and making sure I wasn't worried about any other issues. I wasn't rushed out and felt very comfortable with the visit. I will say that the office isunderstated and you can tell he's been there a long time so it could probably use a fresh coat of paint (if I'm being picky). Regardless I would highly recommend him as he is no nonsense, friendly and clearly knows his field.

I went to see Dr. Harrison for intense ear pain/pressure. Upon entering, I was greeted by a gentleman who was polite, but unfocused. While I was filling out some forms, an older woman appeared who he called "mom". She spoke tohim in a brash and unprofessional manner, impatiently and frequently scolding him whenever he was asking her a question or answering one of hers. This dynamic made me feel uncomfortable. The woman spoke to me in a similarly rude manner. She warned me that there would be a delay in seeing the doctor because there was an emergency earlier in the day, but the amount of extra time I needed to wait was vague. ~20 minutes after filling out paperwork, I was placed in an exam room. The room itself was very untidy with unlabeled bottles scattered on a crash cart to my left. There was also no clear sterilization method for the instruments. I was left waiting in the exam room for about 40 minutes without being checked on or updated about when I would be seen next. When Dr. Harrison finally arrived, he apologized for the lateness but asserted that I should understand because of the emergency from earlier. During history taking, I was having trouble hearing from the ear / sinus side that was hurt so I had to ask him to repeat a few things-- he would express annoyance when I would do so. His rude demeanor made me flustered and answering even simple questions became difficult. At some point, he angrily exclaimed that the exam room was not prepared with what he wanted, which made me feel uncomfortable. Eventually, he said he was going to put a decongestant in my nostrils. There was no explanation as to why he was doing what he was doing and no warning of how painful the procedures he was going to do were (pushing cotton balls drenched with liquid from an unlabeled bottle and missing on one nostril when pulling them out which hurt a lot). The worst part was when I was brought to another room without explanation and then had a scope passed up through my nostrils and sinus without warning or some form of analgesia. This was very painful. Dr. Harrison kept asking me questions during the process, but I was unable to really speak and he gave me a hard time that my answers were not giving him enough information. When he was explaining my diagnoses, he was impatient and not clear. The woman at the front desk was also not clear when explaining what side effects to expect from taking the antibiotics, which she called antiviral medications.. Overall, I did not feel comfortable nor confident in the quality of services provided in this office from start to finish.

Dr. Harrison listened to my symptoms and ran a couple of test prior to determining what was the root cause of the symptoms. He was thorough in his explanation and stopped to ask if I had questions. I was also givenall instructions written in case I forgot or was unfamiliar with his explanation, recommendation and prescription. His office staff was prompt, professional and caring. She went over everything Dr. Harrison gave her to give me to ensure I understood. I am confident that anyone who visit this office is expected to have a similar experience. I highly recommend. I am especially thankful to the Zoc Doc team.

I had a terrible experience at this doctors office. Not only do they only accept cash or check for the copay (how strange and inconvenient?!), but the office was way too hot inside and didn't look or feel clean. Dr. Harrisonwas rough and insensitive with me as a new patient. He kept shoving cotton, tweezers, and then the medical scope down my nose all the way into my throat without explaining to me why it was necessary to do so. I almost choked and the discomfort and entire experience brought me to tears. Turns out I had a normal sinus infection, but the way he approached and dealt with it was WAY too extreme and uncalled for. I should have gone to a family doctor first or another doctor in general. At the end, he scribbled an illegible prescription on a piece of paper because their internet wasn't working to submit the prescription to my pharmacy or properly even log my patient information (which he typed up on a word document). It was unprofessional, insensitive, and a very traumatizing experience over all. I do NOT reccomended going to this office!

Dr. Harrison hails from the school of "I know your body better than you." He was quick to silence me when I tried to give him additional insight into my health and past doctors' diagnoses, often dismissing my/other health provider's concernsas nonsense or inconsequential. Dr. H was a stark reminder as to why I routinely seek out female doctors: mansplaining.
