About Dr. Allan Levin
Allan Levin was a chief resident in Ear Nose & Throat at Mount Sinai Hospital, one of the foremost training
programs in America, after his graduation from Downstate Medical School. Dr. Levin has over 30 years of
experience in treating nasal and sinus complaints, ear diseases and hearing loss, snoring and sleep apnea,
voice and throat problems, and balance and dizziness symptoms. After performing almost 2000 endoscopic
sinus surgeries and having treated as many as 200,000 patients, Dr. Levin has developed expertise in
treating sinusitis and nasal obstructive conditions, and performs balloon Sinuplasty in the office, the most
modern and least invasive procedure for chronic sinusitis. His topical intranasal solution medications are
especially popular, as they can help avoid systemic medicines and contribute to avoiding sinus surgery. Dr.
Levin is fluent in Spanish. He has raised four children. Dr. Levin values the time he spends with patients,
taking thorough histories that enable him to diagnose accurately while making his patients know that their
concerns are taken seriously.
