As much as I absolutely hate going to the doctor or dentist, i'm always in a great mood after a visit with Dr. Mack. She has a great bedside manner and truly cares about her work and her patients. That's very rare these days.

Dr. Mack is attentive, kind and knowledgeable. I feel heard whenever I go for my visits. I am glad I choose her as my primary. My only issue was the wait time between seeing Dr. Mack and having my blood work done. Still, comparatively 1000 times better than most places I've been. All of the staff were kind and personable.

Office staff is very friendly. I was the last patient of the day and waited for less than 5 minutes. Dr. Mack came in to the room with knowledge of my history (she reviewed my file beforehand) and patiently answered all of my questions. She has a list of doctors that she trusts and refers people to, which is helpful. She also is clear about things she doesn’t know off the top of her head. She encouraged me to keep figuring out what may be causing medical issues that are under the purview of other doctors (in my case, under gynecologists). She’s friendly and I feel very comfortable and confident being in her medical care.

Dr. Mack makes a great first impression! Her staff is friendly and she was completely attentive during my visit. She asked a lot of questions about my medical history, proactively mentioned ways to protect against HIV/AIDs, and was super solutions-oriented.
My appointment was before 9. I’d suggest going 20 minutes early to read over and sign the paperwork. There’s a very short wait after you submit the paperwork.
She made recommendations about better specialized doctors to see, given that my current ones have offered one-dimensional, insufficient solutions to some of my health issues. She was clear about wanting to know what was going on before prescribing any medications, which I appreciate.

Dr. Mack and her staff were very professional. She also knows her craft quite well. She answered all my questions and she didn't make me feel rushed as I have at other offices. There was an issue getting me into their computer system (from what I understand zocdoc doesn't feed into their scheduling program) and while her receptionist was trying to get it figured out, she came out- TWICE- to update me and let me know she would be seeing me as soon as possible. Never have I gotten that kind of service before. Also, Saturday appointments are a complete schedule saver.
Just call and confirm your appointment to ensure they have it.

Dr. Mack is an incredible practitioner of medicine in that she thoroughly examines you for annual physicals. She learned about who I was, my lifestyle and full medical history by asking questions that we courteous but exact. She took the time to hear me speak and provided recommendations and care with a detailed explanation. She is genuinely concerned and it shows. My best experience with an internist!!!

Dr. Mack is nice. She is attentive and has excellent bedside manner. She actually stopped to ask me "how are you doing." I immediately jumped into why I was there thinking I knew the drill but her initial question genuinely caught me off guard. Can you believe that? A Doctor taking the time to ask how you're doing nowadays threw me for a loop! Haha. A very welcomed surprise. I haven't felt that comfortable at a doctors office since I was a kid. Needless to say I had a very pleasant experience. I felt very comfortable and for the first time in a long time, I didn't feel rushed while I was with Dr. Mack.
I would highly recommend Dr. Mack to anyone looking for an excellent PCP.

Dr Theresa Mack is a caring doctor. Glad I went to her. Her office is very busy so the experience with her staff felt very rushed but Dr Mack herself is very understanding and knowledgeable.
