Dr. Thomas Mays Was A Wonderfully Pleasant, Excellent Professional Doctor & His Staff Were Great Too ... His Bed-Side Manner Was Great, He Was Very Informative & Very Attentive To My Needs ... However He Regretted To Inform Me That He Could Not Become My Primary Doctor, Because Of My Complex High Risk - Medical Case, He Said I Would Be Better Suited For A Internal Medicine Doctor Instead ... & Even Though He Could Not Help Me, He Gave Me Some Of My Much Needed Prescriptions That My Old Doctor Failed To Give Me For Over 7 Months { He Wrote Me Prescriptions For A 2 Wk Supply Of Each Med, Until I Could Get A New Doctor } ... That Was So Nice Of Him {Upon Leaving, My Husband & I Gave Him A Heart-Felt Hug} ... Note: Thee Only Down-Fall Is That His Office Is In A Quite Old Building & Some Carpet Spots Are A Little Worn ... Yet They Keep It Clean & Well Maintained As They Can, Being In An Old Building ... Once Again DR. MAYS IS A GREAT DOCTOR *** I Highly Recommend Him ...

Not happy with this office anymore and it was only my second visit and now they don't take my insurance. My appointment was at 2 and i was not called to the back until 3 and i waited another hour before he came in and on top of that he didn't have my report from a test that he sent me to get and i went right downstairs and got what he should have had. Starting the search again for another doctor
