I was not impressed with the care we received. It felt like they did the bare minimum of swapping us for Covid, flu, and strep throat. And then didn’t actually palpitate the swollen gland. My son was dealing with or in anyway address that it could be a serious infection. We got back home and went to our primary care doctor and two days later my son was on serious antibiotics. Had they spent more time with us, it felt like this could’ve been determined during our visit and he could’ve been on antibiotics much sooner. We honestly felt dismissed.

Receptionist very nice, medical assistant- polite and professional. PA - awful, did not listen well talked so loud you could have heard him in the waiting room. I have a master working on my PhD and he treated me like I was an unemployed, uneducated human being. I have been to the clinic before and had a great experience, hence why I returned but I would never see him again and that is what will prevent me from returning to this location.

Primary sent me for possible IV for antibiotic. No IVs provided here. If primary had ordered next level care I would still have had to go to ER. No MDs or DOs, here just PAs, sent in for spiked BP unusual for me suspected to be caused by infection. i called primary from urgent care explaining they don't do antibiotic IVs if that had been necessary, Dr said just call back with BP# after it was taken again. Once taken and reported, doc decided ER not necessary. It worked out fine but had I been in a situation to have needed an IV, I would not have been able to get IV there. They understood I had to do what primary directed, he said just get blood pressure taken again, and call him with number so he could decide next steps They did as he asked and fortunately, it turned out fine. I think the staff was really good overall to comply with primary dr request. PA Zeshan great & Receptionist Defany also very good. I'd go again for minor issues.

The office was experiencing computer issues so they were unaware of my Zocdoc appt. I was still checked in and seen in a very timely manner. The experience was good. I would recommend.

Terrible office.
Wasn’t greeted for 30 min. No one was at the front desk. Once someone did see me no acknowledgement but a someone will be with you in a minute.
35 min later we left.
Terrible.
There are too many urgent care options available to be this terrible at your job.
I’m not going back.

Evwrything was great, I’m glad I chose this company, the location was perfect! However, I made an appointment online earlier in the day, maybe 9-10ish, Submitted all my info online (picture of my insurance card, my name, etc…). But when I arrived, I was told they don’t have me scheduled at their location, provided proof that I did. That was frustrating, because I did input the necessary information needed for the appointment. So because it wasn’t on their system when I arrived, it took longer than I anticipated. Especially not feel well, it got frustrating, because I’m being bothered for something I know I took care of it earlier in the day. Regardless, I would pick this place again but I won’t even bother preparing in advance.

I visited this clinic with sinus-related symptoms—congestion, pressure behind eyes, ear pain, ringing in one ear. While the nurse was kind and mentioned similar cases circulating the area, the physician assistant took the visit in an entirely different and concerning direction.
Rather than addressing my primary complaint, he focused on abdominal sensitivity (which I had explained was due to postpartum pt earlier that day) and insisted I was facing a potentially life-threatening condition. When I asked to consult my pcp before proceeding with imaging or an ER visit, he responded dismissively and made inappropriate remarks about my doctor and the nature of my care.
I ultimately chose to leave, and his parting comments were completely unprofessional and unnecessary. My pcp later confirmed it was a sinus infection, which was easily treated.
This experience was not only unhelpful but deeply unsettling. I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking respectful, competent medical care.

The PA did not listen to my concerns. His tone was very unprofessional and made me feel undervalued as a patient. I hope that he can work on his listening skills and show more empathy towards patients. The office staff and nurses were very nice.
While very sick, I ended up having to visit my primary care doctor the next day, where she properly diagnosed my symptoms.

I went to urgent care for my ears being plugged and glands sore. They found my ears were infected. I got antibiotics and my ears rinsed out. I want to thank them for an excellent job.

I came to them with 2 different things going on and they successfully recommended treatment for both, one of which required an ER trip that I wasn’t expecting. They probably saved me from getting a lot sicker.
