Dr. Zhou is a pleasure to have as my primary care doctor. He is not just informed, referencing studies and research, but he takes into account you as an individual patient. Dr. Zhou listens to my concerns, answers thoroughly any questions I have, he gives me a clear plan of action and he even gives me printouts to learn more about things: plus he and he is always very nice. Highly recommend Dr. Zhou to anyone.

He makes good recommendations, doesn't prescribe medicine if he doesn't think it's necessary, and is forward-looking. Last time I was there, he had the office schedule an appointment just in case I would still need it, since that would be easier than waiting till the week of to schedule. I appreciated the forethought.

He is always very nice and on time. I never feel rushed, and he answers all my questions even if they aren't pertaining to my initial visit reason. He emails me when I need to know something instead of having me book another appointment jus to come talk to him. He also believes in natural remedies and isn't all for writing a prescription for every and anything.

This was my first time attending this office and, overall, it was a great experience. The folks at the front desk were (mostly) courteous and efficient and I didn't wait long at all. Once in with Dr. Zhou, he seemed genuinely interested in my issues and asked plenty of questions to find an appropriate diagnosis. He did spend a lot of time looking at his computer to take notes, though, so I would have liked a bit more personable bedside manner. All in all, though, he was very nice and helped me find some quick solutions to my concerns.

He is not my primary doc, but I am changing to Dr. Zhou now. I felt very comfortable with him and you will, too!

I was suspecting my 1-year-old inherited a rare blood disorder from me. This is the first of 4 doctors who handled the matter professionally by requesting the proper tests, sharing the details of the test results, and refer us to the right doctor to treat My daughter. The first doctor kept screwing up the test. The second one never shared the test results and wanted us to rely on her word. The hospital didn't know what to do and kept asking me instead.

Doctor Zhou asked a lot of good questions and was attentive. He seems very knowledgeable. The only thing that I would recommend (and I know doctors have to take notes on each patient during or after the visit) is that the doctor spend more time face-to-face with the patient. I think that not having a computer during the check in (or less time with the computer typing notes) would make the visit a lot more personable.
