About Dr. Joel Goldshore
Dr. Joel Goldshore is a warm and compassionate primary care physician at Stoll Medical Group. He received his bachelor’s degree from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study and his medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He moved to Philadelphia to complete his residency in family medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

I really like Dr. Goldshore. He’s different and I like that. I would definitely refer him to a friend. He missed listening to my chest after letting him know I had a cough and that my chest felt tight. Full disclosure, I failed to remind him and didn’t remember until I was home. Nevertheless, he made me feel quite confident with his services. I will see him again.

My first visit with Dr. Goldshore exceeded my expectations. He took the time to discuss all aspects of my chart and different options to consider. He then overheard me in the hallway say that I forgot something, and he stopped what he was doing and came out to ask me what I needed. Then he immediately submitted my prescription. My visit with Advocare was very different from any other doctor's visit—in a good way. The doctor thoroughly explained every detail of what I might be experiencing and the procedures needed to get to the bottom of what was seen on my CT scan. I was looking for a new primary care doctor and I'll have to keep looking. My appointment was at 1245 and over an hour later an assistant/nurse came to tell me it's going to be longer. I have to go back to work so I left. If I can't trust you with my time, I can't trust you with my health. The assistants were fine and doing their best and seemed apologetic about the experience.
