His office is also well-organized. The wait time never exceeds 30 mins (if you make an appointment in advance) and the staff in his office are also very helpful.

No wait, friendly staff. Dr. Yang was great. Even though I had a late appointment, he was very nice, thorough and I did not feel rushed at all . Showed genuine care about patients. They have a patient portal which is great for looking at your visits, diagnosis and lab results (very convenient).
