About Dr. Tiffany Alexis Clinton
Dr. Clinton received her undergraduate degree from Howard University graduating Magna Cum Laude with a focus in biology. She completed medical school at The Ohio State University and residency training at Henry Ford Health in Detroit, MI. Throughout her post graduate training and career she has been dedicated to providing a compassionate care experience to vulnerable populations and has received awards for her humanitarianism.
As a first-generation Liberian-American, culturally competent medical care is of utmost importance to her. She is passionate about health equity, reproductive freedom, and preventative wellness. She focuses on meeting patients where they are in order to construct a collaborative treatment plan that combines evidence- based medicine with patient centered care.

The worst appointment of my life! She barely listened to my concerns or took any actions to mitigate the pain I was experiencing. Very rough and no bedside manner. Left me crying due to the pain and said nothing but a quick "sorry" before leaving the room. I was left in debilitating pain for hours afterwards. Please do yourself a favor and find a different provider.

The staff was very nice and the office was clean. The doctor was amazing honestly. She listened to me and took the time need to explain everything to me. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend her to anyone I know.

Office staff was great. I wasn't given clear instructions on post appointment care even though it was written in their notes that this was communicated. I wasn't given clear information on when I would see test my results or how to self-care before I would receive those results. Overall, I left feeling invalidated about my symptoms, uninformed about what to do, still very uncomfortable, and like I need to schedule another appointment somewhere else immediately.

This was the worst women's annual health check I've ever had. She didn't do a breast exam. She didn't check heart, lungs, or lymph nodes. I told her I had a pap smear last year, and she did one anyway, and then realized at the end that I was up to date and didn't need one. The doctor performed an incomplete exam, was not listening, and was not communicating much. I wish I had seen someone else.

I scheduled my annual Pap smear with this office. I was familiar with Maiden Lane previously, and liked their customer service (hence booking with this provider). The staff was extremely friendly and provided great customer service. Check-in was seamless and quick. I cannot say the same about the provider. During the visit, I explained my not so favorable experience with an OB/GYN in the past. While she expressed empathy, her actions were opposite. There were sensitive topics discussed and she was very sharp/matter of fact. Following my appointment, I was notified of test result that usually in my experience would receive treatment. I waited hoping to hear from the doctor, but I had to reach out inquiring if I would be receiving treatment. In response, it was noted they do not treat this particular result without symptoms. I will not be retuning and really disheartened by this interaction. I’m assuming if you need a quick visit this would be a good fit but not for long term care.

I love an all black staff. Now, I'm not sure if everybody there was black but everyone i saw was. I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in. When i finally saw the provider, I was already so comfortable because of how kind and professional the entire staff was. The doctor communicated everything clearly to me and i was not uncomfortable during the exam. 10 stars not 5!! I will be back for my annual next year

I hate to give a bad review to the doctor but the office/reception was horrific. I had a booked appointment for a service I desperately needed. I spoke with a representative beforehand that told me to email my insurance card then I should be good to go. Upon arriving, they REFUSED to let me go in my appointment without giving them a physical credit card (which is illegal to require for healthcare services in NY). I asked if they could manually enter my information or if they could send me a bill (which I wouldn’t even need since I have insurance) but they said no because it was more convenient to have a credit card. Again, this is not legal and they literally cancelled my appointment in front of me while I was standing in the office. They said I could book another for a few days later but obviously I won’t be returning. -10/10 experience

I got to my appointment early. I was greeted by staff and signed in for my appt. I was seen in an appropriate time, as there were a few others before me and I was a bit early. Dr. Clinton was great, listened and asked me follow-up questions, not just "uh huh okay me". I really appreciated that. Also she took the time to educate me on things that I wasn't sure if was normal or not. So many healthcare professionals act like patients know everything or even have a basic knowledge, it was refreshing to have Dr. Clinton address my concerns and provide a lil education and not be condescending, as if I should know already. Overall, I def found my new doc!!

My appointment was honored. Everyone was polite and respectful. Doctor answered all of my questions.
I did end up waiting quite a while for a vaccine, I genuinely think they forgot for a quick second. But I didn’t feel a connection with the doctor, the visit was straightforward.
