Dr. Ashley Becker is a caring and trusted OB/GYN based in New York City. Dr. Becker is a graduate of New York University where she earned a BA in liberal arts. She then received her post-bacc degree from the highly competitive Bryn Mawr College one-year post-baccalaureate pre-medical program. She received her medical degree concurrently with her masters’ of business degree (MD/MBA) at the University of Buffalo. Dr. Becker completed her residency at NYU-Winthrop University Hospital.
She spent more than three years in private practice before she joined the faculty practice at Northwell University Health and the all-women's group at Lenox Hill Hospital. Dr. Becker is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Medical Association, and American Association for Physician Leadership. Patients see her for a variety of reasons, including annual exams as well as for a variety of specialized reasons. She received NYU Winthrop University Hospital’s Outstanding Teaching Award and routinely receives accolades from the residents for her teaching abilities.
During her consultations, Dr. Becker fully explains patients’ conditions and helps them choose an appropriate treatment plan. She prides herself on discussing different treatment plans with patients and deciding on a treatment plan only after patients’ input. Dr. Becker gives each patient her focused attention, and she enjoys her job, focusing on delivering the best treatment available. She enjoys delivering personalized attention to all patients and enjoys delivering her own patients.
